Whatever you need they will do their best to get the job done 👍 I have questions after questions and they have knowledge of exotic pets and if they don't, they will find out!!! Lovely place to visit and watch them feed the alligator, if it's feeding time!!! Friendly atmosphere and YES!!!! I will be going back!!!! 🦗☺️

Great people and GREAT PRICES! I have been a customer of this place for several years. THE OWNERS ARE SO KIND and helpful. Very knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. Have given me great advice and saved me so much money. I have purchased new and re-purposed equipment here with zero issues and so glad I did. Take this opportunity to support local business rather than a corporate giant like Petsmart. Even the art on their windows was hand painted by a local couple. The shop smells like animals because it is full of animals. This is natural. It doesn't smell like lysol and toxic cleaners. This is a good thing.

Mama and Papa are so so sweet, a kind family that love animals and love educating about animals! They make sure to hold everyone for at least two weeks to make sure everyone is ready to go. We have gotten a pacman frog, a bunch of fish, and a gorgeous borkes parrot from them and all the animals are the greatest and sweetest babies! They have saltwater and freshwater fish, aquarium and terrarium plants, invertebrates, amphibians, reptiles, small mammals, and sweet birds!! And frozen and live feeders, rats and mice!! There's a bunny (BunBun) and iguana (Cleo) that roam around and are the sweetest babies!!

This place... Where to even start. 🫟They sell used tanks for you to clean. 🫟There was a loose rabbit with rabbit pellets all over the store hiding in between cages. 🫟Multiple birds were missing feathers from being over crowded together and stress plucking. 🫟Cages on top of cages with live animals. And I'm not just talking about tanks. Wire cages for birds and animals. 🫟One of the large Rex rabbits seemed dead or close to. Wasn't responding to stimuli. 🫟Dead fish in multiple tanks. 🫟Floor was covered in feces/dirt and insects. 🫟There was a loose white mouse outside the door when walking in. 🫟It was very disorganized and filthy inside. The smell wasn't great either. 🫟Had breeding pairs in the store unavailable for purchase which were missing tons of feathers on heads and backs. Obviously stressed. Over bred. They could do some simple cleaning practices to improve this place. Animals deserve better. So do people. I understand that owning a buisness and animals is a lot of work. But with something like this you need to keep up with it and make sure the care of the animals in your care is top notch. All in all it was sad to be in there.

this place is Scales Tails "rebranded". DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. Unless you want to support neglect and end up with sick dying animals and mites. So many better options around.
